Hubbard’s Express is looking for a hands-on Transportation Supervisor to manage our drivers and daily operations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role combines driver management, compliance, and backup driving when needed. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front and step in when the operation needs support.
What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day driver operations, scheduling, and performance
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new drivers
- Serve as the main point of contact for driver issues and escalations
- Handle coaching, discipline, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, HOS, and company policies
- Maintain driver qualification files and required documentation
- Monitor safety, attendance, and service performance
- Work closely with dispatch and operations leadership
- Step in as a backup tractor-trailer driver when needed
What we’re looking for
- Valid CDL A license (required)
- Experience managing drivers, dispatch, or transportation operations
- Strong knowledge of DOT compliance, HOS, and safety regulations
- Leadership mindset with the ability to hold drivers accountable
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Able to operate in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Willing to be hands-on and drive when needed
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
