Ideal Vacuum Products is seeking a CNC Machinist to support our machine shop team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on prototyping and production. All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Prior machine shop experience (entry-level through senior considered)
Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Working understanding of GD&T
Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and other machines
Optimize CNC programs for low cycle times and good tool life
CAM software experience (MasterCAM preferred)
Use micrometers, gauges, calipers, and dial indicators
Perform in-process inspections
Operate standard shop equipment (bandsaws, grinders, manual lathe, Bridgeport mill)
