Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled 2nd shift(4pm-240am) Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently. This role involves working on the production line and utilizing various tools and machinery to assemble products, inspect and package parts, and uphold safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to produce high-quality products.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist in the training of new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, with a focus on manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
