Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, and body waxing, with precision and care..
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results and satisfaction.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR systems) accurately for client appointments, treatment history, and consent forms.
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment area in compliance with sanitation standards and state regulations.
- Stay current on industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually enhance your skill set.
- Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate products and services that align with client goals.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
- Proven experience performing esthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and body treatments.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport effectively.
