Corinthian Health LLC is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support existing accounts, strengthen client partnerships, and provide exceptional service. This role focuses on relationship management, account support, client retention, and account growth through outstanding communication and service.
This is not a high-pressure, commission-driven sales role. We are looking for a professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, staying organized, and helping clients achieve success while working collaboratively with internal teams.
This is a primarily remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Occasional travel is required for client meetings, networking opportunities, and participation in approximately three to five industry conferences or trade shows annually.
What You Will Do:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for client questions and support
- Conduct virtual meetings, account reviews, and relationship check-ins
- Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication with clients
- Support account retention and long-term partnership development
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness
Account Support & Growth
- Collaborate with leadership on account growth initiatives
- Support implementation of outreach and engagement strategies
- Assist with account onboarding and relationship development
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to support client success
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences
Reporting & Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation within Salesforce CRM
- Track client activity, opportunities, and communications
- Assist with gathering documentation needed for account setup
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding account activity and client feedback
- Maintain organized records and follow established processes

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, relationship management, healthcare sales support, recruiting, physician relations, hospitality sales, or similar client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong follow-through and time management skills
- Professional, personable, and service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area
- Ability to travel occasionally, including approximately five conferences or trade events annually
Preferred
- Healthcare, infusion, specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical industry experience
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience managing client relationships across multiple markets
- Experience in customer success, account management, recruiting, or physician relations
