Ready to take your CT career to the next level? We’re seeking an experienced and dependable CT Technologist to join a dedicated imaging team for an exciting 13-week contract assignment.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled imaging professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working nights, and is committed to providing accurate, compassionate, and high-quality diagnostic imaging services.
Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.
Prepare and position patients appropriately for CT procedures.
Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently.
Verify patient information, medical history, and imaging orders.
Administer contrast media when authorized and monitor patients for reactions.
Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing patient radiation exposure.
Follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
Accurately document procedures and maintain required patient records.
Perform quality-control checks and help maintain CT equipment and a clean, safe imaging environment.
We’re looking for a CT Technologist who is:
Experienced in Computed Tomography/CT imaging
Detail-oriented and committed to image quality
Comfortable working independently during night shifts
Patient-focused and compassionate
Able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong in communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment
Committed to patient safety and radiation safety
Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience preferred
Current BLS,ARRT (CT) certification required
Active California Radiologic Technologist license required
Recent hospital/acute-care CT experience preferred
Experience performing CT scans with and without contrast
Experience with contrast administration and monitoring for adverse reactions
Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
