WAGGLE GOLF | Part-Time Sales Associate
Waggle Golf is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Part-Time Sales Associate for our Coralville location. As a valued member of our retail team, you'll contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service on the sales floor, maintaining store standards, and assisting with new store initiatives. We’ll train you with the skills and knowledge you need to recommend the right products for each customer. A successful candidate will excel in enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving sales goals, and collaborating effectively with the team. We are looking for a candidate who can work 10-20 hours per week and has weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable experiences for customers to foster brand loyalty and satisfaction
- Contribute to a welcoming store environment by participating in general store maintenance and upkeep of store
- Support the initiatives of the management team to drive sales and client engagement
- Assist in the execution of store marketing efforts including visual merchandising and customer activations
- Capable and willing to perform opening and closing tasks in the store
- Support off-site retail activations and tradeshows on an as needed basis
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate independently and work effectively under pressure
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing customer service
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Google and Microsoft Office products/tools
- Must be at least 18+ years of age
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for sports!
- Sense of humor, team-player mentality and willingness to tackle new ideas head on
Other relevant criteria:
- Ability to work a set schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per shift
- Able to lift 50 lbs on an occasional basis
- Able reach and pull product down from overhead shelves
- Comfortability using a ladder
