Job Description: Inside Sales Representative
This position functions as the primary source of revenue generation for the company. The responsibility of this position is to maintain and grow a designated sales territory to reach company goals. This position reports to the Sales Manager. The major duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
o Calling all customers in territory once a month.
o Utilizing relationship selling to incorporate our products to customer needs.
o Some travel to support trade shows and field visits.
o Database profiling of accounts to improve prospect targeting
WORK FROM HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS
Required
- Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
- Laptop that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable or wireless connection
- Remote High-speed internet access at the employee’s expense
- Ability to be on video via ZOOM when management request meetings
- Ability to travel. Valid Drivers License and ability to rent hotel when needed
Additional Details:
- This is a virtual, work from home position. If you live within 70 miles of our call center (Harmons, MD), AIV reserve the right to move from a Home Based position to an onsite position.
- You’ll be provided office equipment and in house and virtual training
Education:
High school Diploma or GED required, but we would prefer someone with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a business related or liberal arts field.
Experience:
You MUST have some exposure to, or experience in, working with the public.
In addition, it would be HELPFUL for you to have some of the following experience:
- Previous experience as sales representative
- B2B sales or telesales

- Strong Communication skills - verbal and written
- Be a persuasive conversationalist
- Be a quick learner
- Moderate computer skills, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
