About the Role
As a Production Lead, you will oversee critical liquid processing operations, ensuring that batching, blending, and filtration workflows are executed with precision. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-efficiency standards and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence within our production facility.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily processing activities including bulk material receiving, automated blending, and filtration to ensure seamless supply to the bottling line.

Champion a safety-first environment by strictly enforcing hazardous material protocols, confined space regulations, and industry compliance standards.

Optimize departmental performance by monitoring key metrics such as yield loss, labor efficiency, and overhead costs.

Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of processing operators, emphasizing accountability and professional growth.

Ensure rigorous documentation accuracy for regulatory reporting, system transactions, and equipment calibration.

Coordinate equipment and personnel deployment to meet demanding production schedules and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications-
3+ years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing or liquid processing environment.

Demonstrated success in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel for data tracking.

Comprehensive understanding of receiving and processing workflows.

Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, or WMS software platforms.

Background in the beverage or alcohol production industry.

Technical familiarity with industrial beverage processing machinery.
