We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing operations at a 200-bed Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facility offering a diverse clinical environment, including:
- In-house Dialysis
- Behavioral Health Services

We're Looking For
- Active ILRN license
- Director of Nursing experience in Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care preferred
- Proven leadership, team-building, and operational management skills
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and quality improvement
- Passion for developing clinical teams and delivering exceptional resident care
