Claims Liaison
We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Claims Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between RV dealerships, manufacturers, and our internal team. Responsibilities
- Manage warranty and service claims submitted by RV dealerships.
- Work directly with manufacturers to maximize warranty claim approvals and coverage.
- Order and track replacement parts for dealership claims.
- Coordinate delivery of parts to ensure timely repairs.
- Maintain regular communication with dealerships, manufacturers, shipping providers, and drivers who the claims are against.
- Monitor the status of all open claims from start to finish.
- Keep detailed, accurate records of claims, parts orders, shipping updates, and communications.
- Resolve issues quickly while providing outstanding customer service.
- Prioritize multiple claims and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the RV, service, warranty, or parts industry is preferred but not required.
Job Details
- Pay Rate starts at $20.00 an hour (higher with experience)
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00am – 4:30pm
- 2 weeks paid vacation (after you have been employed for a year)
- 401K program where we match 4% (after you have been employed a year)
