Acorn to Oak is a vibrant daycare and preschool in Sacramento, known for our award-winning blend of nature based exploration and play based learning. Drawing inspiration from Waldorf, Montessori, and Reggio Emilia approaches, we provide high-quality child care in a warm, supportive, and community focused setting for infants through preschoolers.
We are currently hiring full-time teachers who support our daycare and preschool classrooms!
We believe child care should be joyful, creative, and rooted in real-world exploration. Our teachers guide children through hands-on activities both indoors and outdoors- whether it’s planting in the garden, baking together, or jumping in puddles after a spring rain.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking kind, collaborative, and energetic educators who are passionate about early childhood education and excited to join a daycare and preschool team that values nature, creativity, and whole child development. If you find joy in messy play, storytelling under trees, and building strong relationships with children and families—you’ll thrive here.
