Bodhi Salt Center is looking for Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing wellness team. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates who are ready to build their clientele in a beautiful, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for therapists who are:
- Professional, dependable and compassionate
- Comfortable providing excellent client-centered care
- Strong communicators
- Able to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality
- Committed to maintaining a consistent schedule
- Interested in growing within a wellness-focused environment
Experience or certification in deep tissue, prenatal, lymphatic, sports massage, hot stone, or cupping is a plus.
Requirements
- Current Kentucky LMT license
- Professional liability insurance
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to maintain required Kentucky licensing and credentials
- Completed W-9 and independent contractor agreement
- Availability maintained approximately 2–3 months in advance
- Ability to arrive 15 minutes before the first scheduled appointment
Compensation
- 60-minute massage: $50
- 90-minute massage: $70
- Tips paid separately
- Paid weekly on Thursdays via Zelle or check
This is an independent contractor position. Therapists are responsible for their own taxes.
