Job Description
· The Jeron Long Term Care Sales Manager (LTCSM) position both manages the channel partners and drives nurse call solutions sales across the United States.
· This position is responsible for selling to national, corporate LTC chains.
· This position is responsible for identifying projects and managing all aspects of the sales and support process to drive solutions sales by interacting with end-user customers (all LTC segments), existing Jeron channel partners, and new channel partners.
· The LTCSM also establishes on-going relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors nationally.
· The LTCSM develops a strategy to grow revenue nationally and works with company team members to support the execution of the national plan.
· As part of managing the sales process, the LTCSM creates and maintains a pipeline of sales and regularly reports progress to senior management.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of selling to the LTC market.
· Account management experience in the LTC market, preferably focused on decision makers / administrators.
· Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
· Recent experience in life safety communication solutions a plus.
· Channel sales experience.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation – Determined on Experience and includes Base Salary, Monthly Commissions, and Annual Bonus potential.
Assigned Region – United States
Candidates are preferred to be based near an airport as this position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory (at least 75%).
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
