South Central Transit Authority is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Dispatcher for its Lancaster location, Red Rose Transit Authority (RRTA). Position requires 3-5 yrs. exp. in a supervisory role, union shop exp. helpful but not required, positive attitude and a strong work ethic required. Exp. with Microsoft Office, tracking productivity, and customer service is also required.
Typical duties include on-road supervision of Transit Operators; Operator performance reviews; assists with customer service; and writes and compiles reports related to department operations: position hours are flexible, but approx. 20 - 25 hours per week, evening shift.
Applicant should possess organizational, written and verbal communication skills. CDL with P endorsement and air brake restriction lifted required within 9 mos. of hire (training provided).
