Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant, including operations, staff development, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will drive excellence through daily execution and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all facets of restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and food cost control
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage schedules, labor, and compliance with company policies
- Achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals
- Handle administrative duties including payroll, reporting, and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast casual preferred)
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Must pass background check
- Must have a valid Driver's License
