Delta Development Group, Inc., a consulting firm located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is seeking a human resource/administrative professional to join its dynamic team. This is a full-time in office position reporting to the CFO. This integral position focuses on the company's Human Resource support for its employees along with Office Administration tasks.
The role would consist of the following responsibilities:
Human Resources
- Conduct an effective onboarding process to guarantee employees are thoroughly acclimated to the organization and familiar with the benefit program.
- Oversee the company benefit program by participating in the annual renewal process for medical, dental, and vision plans, managing benefit enrollments and changes, and communicating the benefit program to employees.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews the payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries and benefits.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open lines of communication. Provide support to managers in handling employee-related issues.
- Manage the employee review process by providing the leadership team with the appropriate performance background material.
- Coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities by leading the professional development program to promote employee growth.
- Ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws, and regulations including HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Office Administration
- Provide administrative support to the teams, assisting with scheduling, meeting coordination, document management, and other operational needs as required.
- Support the development and submission of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by coordinating internal contributions, reviewing content, tracking deadlines, and ensuring submission requirements are met.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of proposals, reports, presentations, and other business documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate internal company events, employee engagement initiatives, team meetings, training sessions, and other team activities.
- Create and update corporate marketing materials (Canva experience is a plus)
- Format and production of client deliverables
- Formatting proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with Features such as Styles, Headers/Footers, Table of Contents, Page Breaks, Section Breaks etc.
- Assist with client event planning from start to finish, including venue coordination, logistics, registration, and program support.
- Manage the organization's federal and state lobbying compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members across the organization to support business operations, special projects, and client initiatives as needed.
- Serve as a key resource for general office administration, helping to improve processes, maintain organizational efficiency, and provide team support where needed.
