Hyperion Solutions Group is seeking a Program Analyst who will provide support to Army security policy and oversight processes, to include data gathering, content development, customer service and stakeholder outreach. Candidate must also be able to develop security policy, procedures, guidelines, strategic documentation, and security training. The ideal candidate will have fundamental knowledge of national, DoD, and/or Army personnel security policies. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to break down complex concepts, generate conclusions from disparate information, and succinctly provide key information to leadership. Incumbent must be able to identify potential business process improvement opportunities to optimize efficiency and data quality. Demonstrated advanced organizational, multi-tasking, critical thinking and collaborative skills are required. Incumbent may be required to attend various types of meetings at the ARSTAF level.
Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Academic or professional experience independently performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis using complex data sets.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum Experience:
Experience shall have been within two (2) years of starting on the contract.
Three (3) years personnel security experience (e.g., conducting background investigations, adjudications, personnel security management, etc.,)
Fundamental understanding of counterintelligence, law enforcement, and/or insider threat disciplines.
