TTI provides EMDR training, advanced trauma training courses, and consultation programs for licensed mental health professionals across the United States and internationally.

Position Summary
The Paid Advertising Specialist is a hands-on, data-driven role responsible for owning TTI’s paid advertising strategy and execution across Meta and Google Ads. This individual is not just an executor — they are a strategic partner who understands what the data means, can make smart optimization decisions, and proactively communicates performance trends, risks, and opportunities to the team. This role is 20-25 hours per week with potential to expand as TTI’s marketing function scales.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Strategy & Execution
- Own and lead paid advertising from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization
- Manage active campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Research, evaluate, and make recommendations on AI advertising tools and emerging ad platforms as they roll out
- Build and maintain audience segmentation in HubSpot to support targeting strategy
- Utilize HubSpot’s ads features to track, attribute, and report on campaign goals
Performance & Data Ownership
- Own campaign metrics end-to-end — know the KPIs, understand what drives them, and make informed decisions based on the data
- Demonstrate excellence in ad optimization: copy, creative, targeting, and bid strategy
- Provide strategic budget allocation recommendations rooted in performance data
- Identify scaling opportunities and surface budget inefficiencies before they become problems
- Show up to team meetings prepared and ready to share performance insights, wins, and recommendations — not just report numbers
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Integrate and collaborate cross-functionally with the TTI team on campaign alignment and content coordination
- Work with partnership contacts on co-marketing and advertising opportunities
- Proactively raise issues, concerns, and risks — and come with proposed solutions, not just problems
- Communicate campaign risks, conversion concerns, or strategic misalignments before campaigns launch, not after
- Operate as a true team member with ownership and accountability — not a contractor mindset
- Demonstrate alignment with TTI’s core organizational values in all interactions
Technology & Platform Fluency
- Willingness and ability to dive into TTI’s tech stack and learn internal tools
- Stay current on platform changes, AI ad tools, and emerging opportunities
Future Growth Opportunities
- As TTI scales, this role has the opportunity to expand into paid ad campaigns on TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Evaluate and recommend new advertising avenues such as APA and Psychology Today, podcast advertising, and digital partnership placements
- Develop and maintain a campaign tracking system capturing launch dates, performance benchmarks, and results over time
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to own campaign performance metrics and drive optimization decisions
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM/marketing platform for segmentation and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered advertising tools or willingness to rapidly learn emerging ad tech
- Background in the health, wellness, mental health, or professional education space
- Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest advertising
- Familiarity with podcast or affiliate advertising platforms

Health Insurance Stipend
TTI offers an optional health insurance stipend of up to $350/month for employees who are not covered under another health insurance plan (e.g., a spouse’s or parent’s employer plan) and who independently enroll in and maintain a qualifying individual health insurance policy.
To receive the stipend, employees must (1) certify they are not enrolled in another group or employer-sponsored plan, and (2) provide proof of their individual plan enrollment. The stipend is paid as a separate taxable reimbursement upon submission of documentation.

TTI currently has payroll established in the following states. We strongly prefer to hire candidates residing in one of these states:

Candidates residing in other states may be considered on a case-by-case basis pending confirmation that TTI can establish payroll compliance in that state.
