General Description
Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, deploy and support test programs for electronic products in foreign and domestic manufacturing facilities. Job includes high-level functions such as defining manufacturing test process flow
Minimum Educational Qualification
AA degree or equivalent / Bachelor's degree preferred; or a minimum of 4-6 year of related experience and/or training; or an adequate combination of education and experience that would demonstrate the capability to perform the role.
Minimum Previous Experience
1. Proven ability to generate test programs on AOI, ICT, Flying Probe, 2/3D Xray (5dx or equip), Running Reliability Test (RRT).
2. Ability to generate yield/defects reports.
3. Ability to deploy and maintain test fixtures and equipment.
4. Ability to lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities
5. Ability to use product schematics and device data sheets to understand product functionality and develop necessary test criteria.
Other Skills
1. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
2. Assess technical capabilities of Sr. technicians.
3. Good communications skills.
