Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:55 PM–10:55 PM
Pay: $18.73/hour on W2 + Weekly Pay + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Machine Operator to operate card production equipment and help produce high-quality debit and credit cards. This is a great opportunity to work with a multinational company serving the aerospace, defense, transportation, and security industries.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor card production machines
- Perform basic machine adjustments and minor maintenance
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report production or quality issues
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow safety, security, and production procedures
- Work with team members, technicians, and supervisors to meet production goals
- Use basic computer skills to complete work-related tasks
- Attend required training and meetings
Requirements:
- Basic computer and math skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- 1–3 years of mechanical or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
