Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Childcare Providers to join our team and provide quality care and education to children in our new facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for their development.
We are hiring both full time, and part time. Options include Full Time 8 hour days, or part time opening and closing shifts. We also would be able to accommodate a split shift if desired (open in the morning 6am - ~9am, close in the afternoon ~3pm - 6pm.)
Responsibilities
- Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for children
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care
- Plan and implement activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Maintain open communication with parents about their child's day
- Ensure the daycare environment is clean, organized, and child-friendly
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures
Skills
- Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to provide infant care, toddler care, and special education support
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Certification in childcare or early childhood education is a plus
Qualifications:If you do not currently meet all of these qualifications, it does not exclude you from being hired, but you will be required to meet these requirements within a certain time frame after being hired, usually around 60 days.
- - High school diploma or equivalent required; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- - Previous experience in infant care or early childhood education.
- - Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with infants.
Certifications and Courses Required - or equivalent:If you have not completed these courses or requirements, we can provide training resources that must be completed within 60 days of starting employment.

Member of Wisconsin State Registry for Child Care Workers with at least a Level 3 or higher.
