Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and generate leads.
- Identify key decision-makers and establish valuable relationships.
- Follow up with client organizations to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams.
- Utilize market insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients with professionalism and care.
- Work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team.
- Utilize online resources for prospecting and research.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
- Drive business development by sponsoring events and networking.
- Identify publication opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct cold calls, drop-ins, and targeted email/e-marketing campaigns.
