Compensation
What You'll Be Doing
- Serving as Assistant Controller, supporting the full accounting function
- Owning month-end close on a structured 3-day timeline
- Taking on Controller-level responsibilities for a sister company in a simplified, structured scope
- Partnering closely with the Controller to learn and eventually lead the function
- Delivering accurate prior-month financials by day one of each new month
- Supporting a well-established, highly organized accounting operation
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Comfortable with after-hours/weekend work during month-end close
- Advanced Excel
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
