Nurse (Per Diem) – Pediatric Group Home

At Ashley House NW, our Spokane pediatric group home exists for one clear purpose: to provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to medically fragile children and teens in a home-like setting—while supporting families, building trust, and nurturing each individual’s development.
We are seeking a Per Diem Nurse (LPN or RN) who brings clinical skill, sound judgment, and a steady presence to pediatric care. This per diem role is designed to flex with the needs of a small group home—some periods may require minimal coverage, while others may call for multiple shifts within a short timeframe. Nursing at Ashley House is grounded in professionalism, integrity, teamwork, compassion, and holistic care.
