EEC Solutions is looking for a Special Security Representative - JECC J2 for an upcoming contract opportunity.
This position supports the JECC J2 Special Security Officer (SSO) and security team in administering personnel, physical, and information security functions within a Top Secret/SCI environment, including SCIF management and security education.

Assists with personnel security (PERSEC) actions: initiate, review, and process clearance and periodic reinvestigation requests via DISS.

Processs incoming/outgoing visit access requests; conduct fingerprinting, SCI indoctrinations, and debriefings.

Assistss in management and administration of the command's SCIFs, including two SCIF ID numbers with multiple rooms and one Temporary Secure Working Area (TSWA); maintain SCIF accreditation documentation IAW ICD 705.

Assist with accountability and control of SCI, Top Secret, and NATO classified material.

Serves as assistant Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO); conduct semiannual inventories of accountable material.

Assists in execution of the command's security education and training program, including providing briefings. c. Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DoD SCI environment.

Required Certifications/Licenses: Regional Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) Norfolk SSOSSR Professional Training Course required within 1 year of assuming the position.

This position requires an Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. Must possess clearance upon reporting for duty and maintain for the life of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior SCIF management or TSCO experience.
