Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in a hybrid 1099 position. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will guide the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring positive outcomes through evidence-based practices. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model, allowing you to provide patient care both in clinical settings and remotely, while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, documentation, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Participate in intake processes and coordinate services to ensure seamless patient assessments and ongoing care.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for behavioral health interventions.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, healthcare providers, educators, and team members.
