Job Overview:
We operate a thriving 7-location dry cleaning network anchored by our main production plant here in El Dorado. We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and business-minded individual to step into a crucial Lead Assistant role. You will be a trusted keyholder who takes true ownership of the day-to-day storefront operations, manages customer care professionally, and works hands-on alongside ownership.If you have a thick skin for customer service, a strong work ethic, and want a job where your responsibility is valued, we want you on our team. We need someone smart enough to understand the business workflow and step up so ownership doesn't have to micromanage your daily work.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Serve as the primary professional point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints across our business framework. Calmly resolve issues regarding garment statuses, policies, and cross-location questions with zero frustration.
- Plant Execution: Work hands-on at the El Dorado main plant handling front counter service, detailed garment marking, order assembly, final quality control checks, and keeping the storefront immaculate.
- Trusted Keyholder: Responsibly manage opening and closing procedures for the main plant, handle cash drawers, and maintain a high standard of trust.
- Backup Support: While the business owner handles the daily management of our 6 outlying drop stores (located ~30 miles out), you will act as our reliable emergency backup to occasionally cover a store drop-off shift only if a staffing vacancy occurs.
