Construction Foreman - Commercial & Data Center Construction
Phoenix, AZ | Direct Hire | $28.50-$35.00/Hour
Our client is hiring an experienced Construction Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and mission-critical/data center construction projects in Phoenix, Arizona.
Specializing in data center interior solutions, our client delivers hot and cold aisle containment, raised access flooring, high-density ceilings, specialty interior systems, maintenance services, and consulting/testing for some of North America's most advanced mission-critical facilities.
This is a direct hire opportunity for a hands-on field leader who enjoys developing crews, maintaining high safety standards, and driving productivity on complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews to ensure safe, efficient project execution
- Assign daily work activities and communicate project goals
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily production
- Support the Superintendent with scheduling and field operations
- Track daily progress, productivity, and material needs
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce OSHA safety standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Foreman, Lead, or Crew Supervisor
- Commercial or industrial construction experience required
- Mission-critical or data center construction experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices
