Laguna Creek Orthodontics is a well-established, patient-focused private practice in Elk Grove, and we're looking for a caring, energetic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our exceptional team.

Schedule
- Full-time (approximately 36 hours per week)
- Monday–Thursday
- 7:00 AM – 5:15 PM
- Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will:
- Assist the orthodontist with patient treatment and clinical procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for patient care.
- Take digital photographs, impressions, and radiographs as needed.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Keep accurate patient records and assist with charting.
- Help create a welcoming, friendly experience for every patient.
- Work collaboratively with our doctors and team to provide outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and excellent work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers (experience with Dolphin software is a plus)
- Orthodontic experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
