Graphics Production Associate

Position Summary
Hadar Athletic, MFG Inc. is seeking a Graphics Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a production-first position responsible for printing, preparing, and applying graphics to athletic equipment manufactured in our Iowa facility.
Approximately 70-80% of this role is hands-on production, operating an HP industrial printer, laminating, trimming, and applying graphics to finished products. The remaining time is spent using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare customer artwork and production files.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both their hands and computers and wants to learn specialized manufacturing equipment. We are willing to train the right individual with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn.
Qualifications
- Basic experience with Adobe Illustrator preferred.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Manufacturing, sign shop, print shop, or production experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to learn industrial printing equipment and production processes.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
