Join our dedicated healthcare team as a RN, CNA, or LPN providing private pay personal care and caregiving services to individuals in their homes and community settings. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and observe patient conditions to detect changes or concerns promptly
- Assist with medication administration according to care plans and HIPAA privacy standards
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs while ensuring safety during cooking activities
- Utilize specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident’s <PERSON> to ensure safe transfers and mobility support
- Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with agency protocols
- Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals to promote health, safety, and independence
Experience
- Previous experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, group homes, or home & community care environments preferred
- Familiarity with Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism highly valued
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring essential for quality care delivery
- Hands-on experience with medication administration and use of assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts preferred
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times
- Experience in social work or long-term care settings is a plus but not required; we value compassionate caregivers eager to learn and grow in the field
