Responsibilities
- Perform general plumbing service and drain cleaning work
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, leak detectors, and pipe locators
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- Build trust and rapport with customers
- Complete invoices, time cards, and job documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Plumbing and/or drain cleaning experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience
- Willingness to learn and grow within the plumbing trade
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must own personal hand tools
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
