Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Your dedication to cleanliness, attention to detail, and enthusiasm will contribute to the welcoming environment our guests expect.
Duties
- Clean and disinfect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces following established standards
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a pristine environment
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety procedures and hygiene standards consistently throughout your shift
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning tasks as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service principles is a plus
- Experience managing housekeeping tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
