What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the service department and a key driver of customer satisfaction.
- Welcome customers and guide them through the service process
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
- Present maintenance recommendations and repair solutions
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Provide timely updates on vehicle status and repair progress
- Review completed work and explain repairs in a clear, professional manner
- Manage appointments, repair orders, and follow-up communications
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention and loyalty
