Under the supervision of the Member Service Coordinator/Supervisor, the Child Watch Staff ensures a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children in the YMCA’s Child Watch program. Responsibilities include supervising children, maintaining a secure and welcoming space, and delivering exceptional care that aligns with the YMCA’s mission. The Child Watch Staff models the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
