Job Summary
CD's Lawn Care is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Bed Maintenance Crew! If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in making properties look their best, and want to work with a great team, we'd love to hear from you.
This position is primarily responsible for maintaining landscape beds at residential and commercial properties throughout the Des Moines metro. You'll spend your day traveling from property to property, hand-pulling weeds and helping keep our customers' landscapes clean, healthy, and beautiful.
Responsibilities:
- Hand-pull weeds in landscape beds
- Travel between multiple residential and commercial properties throughout the day
- Trim shrubs and bushes as needed
- Clean landscape beds of debris
- Help maintain a neat, professional appearance at every property
- Work safely and efficiently while representing our company
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual
- Enjoys working outdoors in all types of weather
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently while staying on schedule
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
