What You'll Do
As a Recovery Agent, you'll operate a company tow truck to locate and secure collateral on behalf of major automotive lenders. This is a fast-paced position that combines driving, problem-solving, customer interaction, and teamwork.
Successful team members often come from backgrounds such as:
- Towing and roadside assistance
- Automotive repair and maintenance
- Mechanics and technicians
- Tire and lube technicians
- Delivery and transportation professionals
- Other driving-related occupations
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (mandatory)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (mandatory)
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with the Phoenix metro area
- Ability to work independently while supporting team goals
Preferred Experience
- Auto-loader towing experience
- Flatbed towing experience
- Repossession experience
