Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Handyman to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be the go-to professional for a wide range of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks across our facilities. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will ensure our environment remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all users. The service technician performs the various maintenance, repair, carpentry, and handyman tasks for his or her customers as needed. In addition, he or she handles routine paperwork, in-field tablet paperless invoicing and payment collecting, basic marketing such as explaining our capabilities to a customer, customer relations, vehicle maintenance and other tasks assigned by his or her supervisor.
Duties
- Maintain appearance and demeanor representative of a professional image.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties.
- Cooperate with Customer Service Representative and/or other Service Technicians and perform duties assigned by the owner and/or office supervisor.
- Supervise small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed and tasks are completed on time.
- Assist with upgrades, renovations, and general cleaning of service homes as needed.
- Report all injuries immediately. Injured workers must immediately be seen by a physician/clinic specified by the supervisor.
Experience
- Proven experience in general and trim carpentry and/or the various handyman trades.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with team members and clients alike.

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
