Commercial Cleaner / Janitor
We currently have an open position cleaning in Painesville. These are public buildings that requires daily care for floors, restrooms, consumables, and disinfection.
This position is two different job facilities in Painesville and is eligible for travel time compensation between the job sites.
10 hours weekly:
Job Site 1: Monday-Friday, 1 hour shift after 5pm
Job Site 2: Monday - Friday, 1 hour shift after 5pm
Pay: $15 hourly
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.
Job Duties Include:

Complete job specifications for assigned buildings

Cleans floors: including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.

Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.

Empties trash, and replaces liners.

Maintains cleaning equipment and orders supplies from the office.

Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas including clean and dirty laundry.

Performs additional duties as needed.

Utilize communication book to request consumables and share any relevant facility information

Communicates with Area Manager in regards to timekeeping, supplies, and client requests
