Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP Sales and Marketing Executive with a specialized focus on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP S/4 HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts in these key SAP modules, helping clients optimize their human resources and financial processes through SAP technologies. This role requires a strong understanding of both the HCM and Finance modules and the ability to align solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies specifically focused on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) and SAP Finance (FI/CO) solutions to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within prospective and existing client organizations to understand their HCM and Finance requirements.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for SAP HCM and Finance solutions, from lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain deep expertise in SAP HCM (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, SAP Talent Management) and SAP Finance (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Financial Accounting, SAP Controlling) modules to effectively position solutions that align with client needs.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client business processes, identify challenges, and provide tailored SAP solutions to improve their human capital management and financial operations.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and activities to generate leads and raise awareness for SAP HCM and Finance solutions, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and industry events.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demos and presentations to showcase SAP’s HCM and Finance solutions and their capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SAP product teams, consultants, and other internal stakeholders to ensure solutions are properly tailored to client needs and are successfully implemented.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance and progress against targets, including providing forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on SAP HCM and SAP Finance solutions.
- SAP Expertise: Proven knowledge and experience with SAP HCM (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, SAP Talent Management) and SAP Finance (SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Financial Accounting, SAP Controlling).
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving SAP solution sales, including experience managing large, complex deals and long sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of SAP HCM and Finance solutions to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client needs and design tailored SAP solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Certifications (Preferred): SAP HCM, SAP Finance (FI/CO), or relevant SAP certifications or training.
- CRM Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM) to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales.
