Responsibilities
- Follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and system issues independently.
- Escalate complex technical problems to senior technicians or supervisors when needed.
- Complete maintenance logs, service reports, and other required documentation.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to entry-level technicians as needed.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and client personnel regarding work progress and issues.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Participate in training programs to expand technical skills and knowledge.
- Travel to multiple customer locations as required.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Experience performing maintenance and repair on industrial equipment, machinery, or related systems preferred.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
