Internal Sales Rep - Medical Devices/HCT
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Hearing Care Technician to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to jumpstart your career in hearing healthcare, with a clearly defined path toward becoming a licensed Hearing Care Specialist. Ideal candidates bring strong backgrounds in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields, and are ready to put these skills to work in a clinical setting.

You will begin by assisting with patient care and hearing aid adjustments, gaining hands-on experience that builds your technical and interpersonal skills. As you progress, we provide the education and resources you need to achieve a Hearing Care Specialist license.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.

Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.

Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.

Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.

Maintain patient records and manage administrative tasks related to patient care.
Skills We’re Looking For:

Sales Acumen: Comfortable with patient interactions, upselling, and guiding patients toward products and services suited to their needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
