Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, focusing on physical rehabilitation and mobility improvement.
- Collaborate with physical therapists to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Provide support during therapy sessions, especially with pediatric patients, ensuring a safe and encouraging environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress, adhering to medical terminology and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering guidance and support.
