Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors and patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining provider calendars
- Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents with a high level of accuracy
-Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
-Protect patient confidentialityand handle sensitive information appropriately
- Support the team with additional office duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office , chiropractic office, or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar office software
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
