Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care to clients across diverse needs. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver personalized support that promotes independence, comfort, and dignity for individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. Your role will involve working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, respectful, and high-quality care in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
- Monitor and observe patients’ health status.
- Medication reminders.
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral management strategies.
- Support clients with errands, medical appointments, hospice or palliative care needs.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe home environment.
- Document patient care activities thoroughly and communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
Experience
- Prior experience working in home health environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individual independently with care and compassion.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
