Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon thru Fri. THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION. 2 DAYS REMOTE 3 DAYS IN OFFICE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Health Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating calendars and events, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a trusted resource for leadership. The role requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to department leadership.
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for executives and staff.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including room reservations, audiovisual needs, agendas, and presentation materials.
Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and process expense reports.
Assist with purchase requisitions, invoice reconciliation, and department records.
Maintain electronic files and documents in accordance with records retention policies.
Support department projects and help track important deadlines and deliverables.
Draft correspondence, reports, and other professional communications.
Order office supplies and maintain organized workspaces, conference rooms, and common areas.
Welcome visitors and provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve office processes and leverage Microsoft 365 tools to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience supporting executive leadership.
Experience in healthcare or finance administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Power Automate, and OneNote.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
