Overview
Broders’ Pasta Bar is a Minneapolis institution—family-owned, Italian-inspired, and built on the belief that great food is only half the experience. For over 40 years, our team has defined what neighborhood hospitality looks like: warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every guest who walks through our door.
We are looking for an experienced and professional Seasonal Server for our very popular patio. Servers at the Pasta Bar are the bridge between our guests and our kitchen. You’re not just taking orders—you’re shaping the experience, guiding guests through a seasonal, ever-changing menu, and contributing to a floor culture where every shift runs as a team. If you take pride in the craft of service and want to be part of a restaurant Minneapolis has made its own, we’d like to meet you. To apply, please send your resume to [email protected] by Tuesday, July 7th.
Role Summary
As a Server at Broders’ Pasta Bar, you are a core part of the guest experience—as essential to the night as what comes out of the kitchen. You’ll partner closely with our wait assistants and kitchen team to deliver seamless, anticipatory service across every table in your section. This role requires genuine hospitality, menu mastery, and the kind of composed, graceful presence that makes a busy Friday feel effortless to the guest. This is a seasonal position running through October 1st, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role, though this is not guaranteed. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
