Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product questions, demonstrations, and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and processing various payment method.
- Maintain stock levels by assisting with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory for elegance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism.
- Take orders over the phone.
- Support store operations through cashiering duties such as returns, exchanges, and managing retail math calculations for transactions
- Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude above all
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing daily store functions
- French language would be a plus.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of retail store product details are essential for providing top-tier service
- Basic math skills are necessary for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Experience with merchandising and stock management will set you apart as a proactive team member
