We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers / Direct Care Professionals to support children and adults with developmental disabilities.
In this role, you will provide essential care and meaningful engagement that promotes independence, enhances daily living skills, and improves overall quality of life. Every interaction you have plays a vital role in helping our members feel supported, valued, and capable.
Services You May Provide
Habilitation Services
- Provide one-on-one support focused on building life skills
- Assist members in achieving goals outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
- Teach and reinforce daily living skills such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, safety awareness, and money management
Respite Services
- Offer relief to families and primary caregivers by providing attentive supervision
- Engage members in enjoyable, meaningful activities that align with their interests
Attendant Care Services
- Assist with essential daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Provide attentive, hands-on support to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being

Please note: While full-time hours are not guaranteed, availability for evenings, afternoons, or weekends on a regular basis is required.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass Level One Fingerprint Clearance and background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong communication and responsiveness in emergency situations
- Current or willingness to obtain: CPR / First Aid, Article 9 certification, Skills Building and DCW Training (Attendant Care Service Only). FREE TRAINING!
